Its saturday night and the world is buzzing...

Oh, man. I have so much to write about. Life is just so full of great stuff. We have been cooking and therefor eating so much great food, we are making things, painting daily, enjoying the changing seasons, pulling out winter gear...and then there's the community building activities, having children in our home to be together, pray together, learn together. Its all so rich, full and vibrant in our lives right now. I am eating it up, trying to enjoy as much of it as I can.

Its so busy, one may fear that we will all burn out...but my muses, my sweet babes prevent that! The little one's cheeks are somehow always rosie, and hes got these eye lashes...oh god, the eye lashes! His skin seems to glow: radiant. His easy smiles, his gentle personality that is so tolerant of all our chaos, is my touchstone. What an absolute gem it is to have in our lives. His brother thinks so too. A beautiful new expression big M is often heard saying: "watch me do, Emery!" followed by a superhuman, two year old, leap, or spin, or hand stand. He is just so excited to share his world with his brother.

Oh, this post was not meant to be about my boys...but I'm sorry, I just have to gush. They bring me so much happiness. I wish last week I had my camera ready when Marcel and I were making pumpkin pie (a favorite around here...one of the only ways I have to get squash and pumpkin in my kids mouth!) A little chef indeed with hat, apron and rolling pin in action.

Oh, and I see the art rambling has scared some of you off. Well, I regret that, but it cant be helped...it just makes me so happy to think about. I'll try not to ramble on too much here. Just hopefully show you better and better paintings. Truth is, the ones Ive been putting on here recently are so bad...they can only get better! And I am doing that on purpose. You'll love it when you can say you knew me when...

And I promise future posts about baby wraps, great recipes, new clothes, and superhero moms...really...I promise...
